Remix of sartemch's Raspberry Pi 3 Cluster mounting bracket with some minor tweaks:

- Screw holes go all the way through, so longer screws can be used to mount the Raspberry Pi (I'm using 8 mm M2.5 screws)
- Cutout to avoid collision of outer Ethernet port pin with mounting bracket
- A few OpenSCAD compiler warnings fixes
