Overview This is a custom-designed case for the Raspberry Pi 4, created almost entirely by AI. I used Claude Opus 4.6 (Anthropic's most advanced AI model) for the design process and FreeCAD to bring it to life as a 3D model. Design Process The entire design workflow was AI-driven: 1. Design Generation with Claude Opus 4.6 I used Claude Opus 4.6 to generate the case design — dimensions, port cutout positions, ventilation layout, mounting hole locations, and overall structure were all determined through conversation with the AI. 2. Modeling in FreeCAD Claude provided the parameters and design logic, which I then implemented in FreeCAD. The AI guided the modeling process step by step. 3. Final Touches by Hand While about 95% of the design was done by AI, I made some minor manual adjustments at the end to fine-tune fitment and finish. Just a little human touch to get everything perfect. Features Precise cutouts for all Raspberry Pi 4 ports (USB, Ethernet, HDMI, power, SD card) Ventilation
