Raspberry Pi 4 Case M3 heat inserts

I changed the screw sizes for every hole except for the holes to screw the raspberry pi (that is still M2 with M2 heat inserts.) to the case to M3 and made it so that you use M3 heat inserts for all of them.also added the option of a 40x40x20mm fan
