Raspberry Pi 4B Case, accessible pin header bar

This model is based on the TOP_25MM_SLOTTED_BLANK file designed by mkellsy as part of a Raspberry Pi Case. This model differs slightly from the original, as I have cut the side open, so the pins of the raspberry pi are more easily accessible and jumper cables can be plugged in and removed more easily.

The part is still compatible with all other bottom models provided in the original upload.
