About

This is a Raspberry Pi 4B case that has a few configurations for different scenarios. The two parts of the case snap together and can be release by pushing in the front sides and lifting up. This case was designed in OnShape.

Requirements

4x M2.5 Bolts 4x M2.5 Nuts
Raspberry Pi 4B 40mm
fan and standard screws (optional)

Configurations

There are 2 different bottom halves, one for mounting a bolt going downwards from pi to base and one for mounting the other way round. This is helpful if like me you have a heat sink / HAT that requires the bolts to come from below There are 4 different bottom halves, one which supports a standard 40mm fan and another that is fan-less, the other 2 are the same but also have slots for the DSI cables.
Assembly

Before starting, remove the SD card from the pi.
Line up the side IO cover with the IO on the pi and insert
Then insert the pi into the bottom half of the case ensuring that the IO cover slots into
