This case for a Raspberry Pi 5 also fits the active cooler. It features the Raspberry Pi logo as the vents. An M2.5x4x3.5 threaded insert is melted into each of the 4 holes in the bottom half of the case. A vertical heat set insert press tool makes it much easier to install all of the threaded inserts straight up and down. If the inserts are not close enough to vertical, it can be difficult to assemble. The top of the case is is secured to the bottom with 4 M2.5x12mm screws. This model was designed in FreeCAD 1.0.0. I have included the native FreeCAD file as well as STEP files.
