5/17/2019 Update: I have added the solidworks and step files for easier modification.
This is a 7inch raspberry pi based laptop. Printed in pla.
The threaded inserts got a screw threaded into them then heated and pushed in with a soldering iron. They are not needed in every stand off. They also get inserted into the screen back so the bezel can be screwed on.
A piece of solid wire is used to hold the hinge in place.
The 40 pin gpio cable is plugged into the pi an the female end is stuck through one of the side slots. I glued it in place with hot glue. This cable is not required but is used to expand the gpio pins to the side of the laptop.
Make sure your pi has bluetooth otherwise the keyboard won't work.
I wired a switch in the battery circuit so it can be turned on and off.
UPDATE 10-4-2018: I have added the schematic for the power. I am not an electronics expert and if anyone sees a better way to wire it, please share.
Parts are listed below.
