Raspberry Pi B+/2B Case For Sense Hat

This is an alternative top for the Raspberry Pi 2B/1B+ modular case (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:665042) which fits the Sense HAT.

Also inspired by tyh's http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1169643 'Astro-PHI' case for the Pi Zero.

Fitting the HAT means that the two 'friction fit' lugs have to be removed, and at the moment I've instead added a larger lug in the DSI-port cutout (which is a very tight fit). This does block the port, so you can't combine this case/top with the official touchscreen ...
