Raspberry pi cam v2 (adjustable focus) mount [Octoprint friendly]

Basically this is a combination of TeachingTech's camera mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3223979) and Daggers62's base mount holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3807118), in order to fit a Raspberry Pi Cam v2 w adjustable focus (https://www.waveshare.com/rpi-camera-b.htm).
It's Octoprint friendly, the camera slides inside the mount (the front part is not covered) and it's completely solid.
