I was looking for a customize-able camera mounting system for my different pi cameras, since I couldn't find what I was looking for i got to work.
Leveraging the connectors from Tinkercad I created the arm system. You will need at least one of arm A for the ball joint system.
I designed the case from scratch around the pi cam v2 (Back options can be added on or printed as one piece.
Also included a rail clip for mounting a go pro to any 40mm extrusion railing, a 360 go pro mount (concept only), and a back panel with a go pro style mount. (all works in progress)
Rail Mounts will clip on to any 40mm dual extrusion aluminum railing and provides multiple mounting options based on the length/location of your pi.
Case is held together with 2mm screws. For a cleaner look use a rear case with a built in mount and 2mmx8mm or 2mmx10mm screws. (do not over tighten)
For a more secured option i'd recommend longer screws and nuts 2mmx12mm w/ nuts for standard or backs with built
