Raspberry Pi Camera Mount for v2.1 Camera

The original design, of which this is a remix, did not allow the use
of the new 8 megapixel Raspberry Pi v2.1 Camera. The 2.1 camera,
although having the same basic circuit board dimensions, has surface
mount parts and a camera-circuit board cable that bulges off to the side.
In short, the original design would not fit the new camera. I revised the
design in Tinkercad. It will now work with the v2.1 camera and should
probably work with the original camera as well, although the fit may be
looser. I had to do some minor sanding on the backing plate to get it to fit.
