Raspberry pi case offset for Prusa i3 MK3S

I really liked [Haz1's Pi 4 bottom remix](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4068974) of [Malolo's awesome Pi 4 case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3723561), but I couldn't mount it the way it's intended to be. Unfortunately it seems my USB cables stick down a little too far, and were blocked by the main wire loom coming out of the i3's main board.

My solution was to simply make a stick with some holes in it to lift the case high enough that I would no longer have the issue with cables interfering with each other. This design does two things, it moves the Pi case about 100mm up on the z-axis, and about 5mm towards the back on the y-axis.

You'll need two M3x5, two M3x10 fasteners, and four M3 nuts.
