The Pi Cooler 2000 is a simple tripod peice that goes over the raspberry pi and mounts a 30x30 mm cooling fan, thickness does NOT matter as it is mounted ontop of the module.
In my case, being the lazy guy I am, I simply hot glued the fan onto the cooler and this works perfectly fine. However, you can put in screws if you want, I left screw holes in place.
I tried to design it so that it doesn't cover any ports.
However, it does cover the gpio pins a bit.
If you are concered about this simply route the gpio cables under the cooler and out the left or right side.
I have also added the .f3z (Fusion 360) file of the model for easy remixing.
