You will need: 12x M2.5x4 (For RPi, INA219, BEC), 4x M2x4 (for Pi Pico), 6x M3x5 (for Lid), 1x small zip-tie for usb-to-serial, 1x XT60 male and optionally 1x 4010 fan 24V.
The rotary encoder hole is for EC11 or similar. The buttons cutout is for QuickAction buttions, with the size of 12.6x11 mm (e.g. Honyone PB04-B from Aliexpress).
Side rails are for future PAN/TILT addon.
