This is a cover for the circuit board of a Raspberry Pi HQ camera. It slips over the top, leaving the bottom open for the ribbon cable and the front clear for the lens mount.
It is a friction fit, the screw holes in the circuit board are not used.

*Update*: See the comment #marcluer, and be aware of potential interference with some components on the PC board. With my measurements and printer's tolerances, this was not an issue for me, but your mileage may vary.
