Raspberry Pi Mount for Prusa i3 Mk2

This is a mount for a Raspberry Pi running Octoprint for the Original Prusa I3 Mk2. Other designs I've seen have mounted the Pi down near the controller, which can get in the way of the wiring bundle.

After being inspired by an excellent filament holder design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1832235), I decided that's how I wanted to mount the Pi on my printer, as well. Using arms inspired by that project, and a Pi case taken from another project (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:922740), I merged the two into a solid, effective mount for the Pi.

Additionally, holes in the mounting arms can be used for mounting additional hardware. Included with this design is a mounting bar and nut set that attach with a ball-joint to a Pi Camera (v2.1) mount to hold the camera below and behind the Pi -- where it can get a shot of the build surface, but is clear of moving parts.
