Raspberry Pi Sleeve Case Mount

This is a remix of this sleeve case for the raspberry pi. I made the 2 additions of a mounting bracket and a pi camera ribbon cable opening. These changes were made so I could easily mount my pi to my Maker Select Plus to use with Octoprint. I originally made this case for my Maker Select v2, but when I upgraded to the plus I didn't have those mounting points anymore. I think this is actually a better solution, though, since it allows for much easier cable management to the pi. The frame screws that came with the printer are a bit too small to fit the bracket so I used M3x10 screws.
