Protect your Raspberry Pi Zero 1.3 with this (2mm) Acrylcase!
I designed this case completly from scratch and it fits just perfect on my RPi Zero 1.3.
Even a Pimoroni BLINKT! module fits perfectly on top of the GPIO pins.
The little rectangles on the middle plate might be not necessary but they could avoid a brownout of some parts on the RPi Zero PCB.
In case you mount a heatsink onto the CPU, it should have following dimensions:
13mm x 12mm x 5mm. Mine reaches a temperature of about 47°C while running.
Don`t worry about the Mini-HDMI and Micro-USB ports! I tryed out the fattest plugs and adapters and I had no problems plugging them in.
!The CAD-files are made for Lasercutters! I did use a GCC SPIRIT GX (60W CO²-Tube).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
2mm Acrylicglass (at least 105mm x 72mm)
4x M2,5x12 bolts
4x M2,5 nuts
24x M2,5 washers
