I couldn't find any case for RPi Zero 2 that I liked, so I decided to make my own from scratch. I took design inspiration from Sparkovsky's Acrylcase (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2190506).
I made several versions, with vents, slot for a heatsink and with slot for the 2x20 header.
There are also 2 main versions for the bottom part.
One with inserts for M2.5 nuts. You can use a solder iron to push them into their place.
The second version is without inserts for M2.5 nuts. Instead, the holes have a 2.4mm diameter (only the bottom part), so you can screw the four M2.5 bolts into the bottom part itself. It prints easier and without supports.
Both have two options, with holes for mounting screws and without them.
The RPI Zero 2 sits on 4 pads on the bottom part, so there is plenty of room for the soldered pins of the 2x20 header.
Hardware needed:
4x M2.5 x 14mm bolts (for version with nut inserts)
or
4x M2.5 x 10mm (max.12) bolts (for version without nut inser
