I wanted a basic, robust cover for the top and bottom of a raspberry pi zero unit that would protect it from abrasion, limited crushing, and impacts that it would encounter in a pocket, bag, bottom of a junk drawer, etc. while still being usable and minimal.
I covered the GPIO pins on this one because I have a bunch of Pi Zeros that i don't have headers on, and wanted the PCB to be fully covered.
I have two versions of the bottom, one that has a 1mm standoff distance and one that is flush. There's no issues with the flush mount bottom, but maybe you want some standoff for heat or whatever reason, so i've included both.
The holes are set up for M2.5 x 12 mm socket cap screws and nuts, I actually used M3 for mine, but the holes in the pcb need to be enlarged a touch if you go that route.
