i know that it have lot of case models for Raspberry Pi Zero; just take look at this: https://www.yeggi.com/q/raspberrypi+zero/
that just an other one made by me, and i make place of TP4056 charger module and two of 18650 cell battery (protected or not) to power Raspberry Pi without plug it to computer or using power bank. i also keep scad files to be make that model modified and suitable for any one how want make project with it.
i made 2 holes in the power support to power on the Raspberry Pi Zero, be careful when you connect the wire and pay attention to polarity + & - .
