Raspberry Pi Zero W Case for Waveshare IMX219 Camera Module + Passive Cooling

This is a remix of the original phenomenal design by sthone to make it work for my needs.

Features:
- Mounting holes for the 120 degree FOV Waveshare IMX219 module (https://www.waveshare.com/pi5-imx219.htm)
- Larger aperture to avoid vignetting of the wider FOV camera
- Ventilation holes throughout for better cooling.
- Deeper case to accommodate header pins and a 15mm tall heatsink i installed on the cpu
- Mechanical strain relief clamp to keep power cable from yanking the pi + a strain relief shelf for the connector since I accidentally damaged one of my Pi's from it getting pulled downwards

The top case itself is unchanged from the original design and included for completeness.

Printed with supports, 10 to 15% will do, and I used self tapping M2 screws everywhere.
