Raspberry Pi Zero W Mini HiFi System (pHAT BEAT Solution)

The core of the system are a Pi Zero W and a pHAT BEAT extension board. The pHAT BEAT is packed with many functions, including VU meter led, playback buttons as well as two channel 3W audio output.

A lot of openings are required if we are going to design a case for Pi Zero W and pHAT BEAT. So I decided to make it simple, that is an open design with front and back cover only. The speaker size is around 7x7x7cm , with a 2 inch driver installed.
