TV Hat case lid for the Raspberry Pi 4b case.

Requires 22mm M3 bolts to fix the lid in place.

11 Jul 2019: Added 25mm fan lid that includes 25mm fan fixing option.
The 5v 25x25x7mm fan run at 3 volts is more than enough for most situations.
Pi4b base V3 has a small wire way for running power to the fan. To allow the addition of a tail with push connectors to allow separation of the fan.
