Got a new Raspberry Pi4 the other day, but I dislike the snap together cases. I prefer a simple friction sheath case, with the USB/network jacks sticking out on one end. This is a pretty simple OpenSCAD design, so you can customize which holes you need. Not sure it really needs active cooling with the heat sinks on the top, but I added some simple ventilation holes, and there is a bit of an air gap on the bottom as well. There is an access slot for GPIO Hats, but some modification would likely be required to fit one in-place. I use a sense-hat with mine, but use and extender cable to get the sensors away from the Pi heat source.
There are some commented out lines to produce holes to accommodate a pan-tilt hat. This allows you to assemble a pan-tilt pi webcam and then simply slide the whole thing into the case. I use these extensively for security cameras around the house (stopped trusting cloud-based services when I one time saw someone else's camera on my page at their 'secure enc
