Hey, everyone,
The last couple of months I have been working on making a Google Assistant that runs on a Raspberry Pi. I have made this case that has two version. One version is opened by a set of hinges. It resembles an opening flower. The other version is opened by a set of magnets. I have animations of this above. Unfortunately, sometimes Thingiverse has a bug that it doesn't show gifs. The animation is also included in the download.
Due to the use of Solidworks equations you can change the height, angle and much more to suit your needs. If you don't own Solidworks just contact me and I will change the model for you.
Perks
- Easy to scale/size the model due to the use of equations.
- Compact design
- No conversion of 2D drawings to ai files needed for the standard versions.
- Can be made in lot's of materials
- Can be laser-cut and 3D printed
Scaling
Scaling can be done in two ways. You can scale the model in Adobe Illustrator (or Inkscape). Another way of scaling
