For this mod, you'll need:
For all sizes:
- The printed parts: They are already oriented in the way they're supposed to be printed.
- 2x M6x18mm Cap Head screw to attach the front Idler printed parts
- 4x M6 Nuts to attach the front idler printed parts to the metal idler brackets
- 6x 3030 T-Cornerplates/Connectorplates to mount everything together
- 30x M6x12mm screws
- 30x M6 Hammer-Nuts/T-Nuts
Size dependent:
4 longer extrusions that replace the original z-extrusions (510/610/710mm for the 300/400/500mm size printer). The new size is up to you - I replaced mine on a 400mm machine with 810mm to get 20cm of height for the top part of the printer.
If you already own the stock printer kit as well as a saw and are able to do a straight cut, you can cut the y and x extrusions (below) from the spare stock corner extrusions you now own ;)
2 additional y-extrusions:
- 300 mm printer: 505 mm
- 400 mm printer: 605 mm
- 500 mm printer: 705 mm
1 additional x-e
