ratchet for pool cover wire

I needed replacement for old broken metallic ratchet. And this one works works quite well :) Pull up the rod to release lock, turn handle to tighten wires, and push the rod back to lock. To ensure that the rod will not fall out you can use short copper wire, push it through small hole and twist together.
