These are my electronics and power boxes for the RatRig V-Core 3. They are designed to fit the 300mm³ version, but also should be fine for the bigger models.
For the screw holes heated inserts (3x4.2x4mm) are used.
The power box is designed for:
- Meanwell LRS-150
- Meanwell RD-50
- The SSR that RatRig is providing in the kit
- 120mm fan (up to 25mm thick)
The electronics box is designed for:
- Raspberry Pi 4
- 4 Channel Relay
- Any board up to the size of the BTT GTR
- 120mm fan (up to 25mm thick)
I removed the mounting stands for the mainboard to support multiple boards. Either print a mount for your board and glue them into place or print 4 standoffs and glue them into place.
There are holes in the sides for cable routing, 2 of the raspberry pi USB ports and the ethernet port are also accessible. There also ventilation holes to extract the heat from the boxes.
There are also some wire holders for the 230V cables in the power box. They do have rather tight b
