I designed this one a few years ago. This idea was that with the limited success of the raven to observe the Borg, I thought what would the federation do about using what they learned to create an attack ship against the borg? So I started with the basic Raven design and then made it a battle beast of the ship. Multiple torpedo launchers, pulsed phaser emitters like on the defiant, etc. So this ship is meant for battle. I gave it a new nacelle design that may be capable of transwarp, dimensional shifting and maybe even temporal warp drive. So this may be more of a section 31 battleship rather than a standard federation ship. Might even have the experimental phasing cloak from the Pegasus.
