CHOPPER WHEEL
This is a rather eclectic STL as it belongs to a piece of equipment that I’m fairly certain isn’t even made anymore (at least not the way it used to be made). This is a chopper wheel replacement to a Raytheon night vision camera with a 320x240 BST sensor from a Cadillac DeVille. The original plan for this chopper wheel comes from the internet and the credit for its design goes to whomever originally made this—I just keep it on file because it’s the one that I use the most. The chopper wheel is easily one of the fastest things to wear out (next to the motor that it’s attached to) in these cameras as they spin continuously under operation and when the vehicle bounces around, it moves slightly. The STL is currently in its original size to be printed at 3”. There needs to be a small piece of tinfoil or foil paint attached to the interior leg at the obverse quadrant of the end internal spiral (see photo for explanation of this nonsense) as the foil is a reflector that needs
