This is my second combat bot in the Beetle weight category - up to 1.5 kilograms. Although in fact it weighs a little more. But this is exactly a training model, it can be assembled from any more or less suitable components, because there is a lot of free space in the case.
Assembly video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ru8aeFB4xmo
Plastic parts are printed with regular PLA. Hull filling - 30%, protection and wheel mountings - 50%.
As armor, I again used D16T (2024) aluminum alloy with a thickness of 2 mm. And as a weapon - 125 mm. disc for concrete.
I took a 250 rpm geared motor and replaced the motors with 1806 2300kv brushless motors. But they turned out to be too revving, so I would recommend trying the 500 - 800 rpm gearbox, and the 1806 motors at 1400kv.
List of components:
2x Gear motor 12V, 250rpm - http://alii.pub/604gw6
2x Brushless motor 1806 - http://alii.pub/61ywwm
1x Brushless motor A2217 1500kv - http://alii.pub/605dd6
2x Regulator 35A 32bit - http
