Razor ReHanger

An original and sustainable way to recycle disposable plastic razors by transforming their handles into functional hanger arms. This design repurposes standard single-use razor handles and gives them a second life. Once the blade head is detached, the remaining plastic handle becomes a clean, ergonomic structural element. The 3D printed part acts as the central body of the hanger, including the top hook for hanging.Instead of printing a full-width hanger (which would require more material and large bed capacity), this model prints only the central section. The two outer ends are intentionally cut and include precision-designed cavities that allow razor handles to be inserted from the blade side (without blade attached). Assembly process:- Fill the cavity with hot silicone (or hot glue).- Insert the razor handle firmly.- Apply pressure until fully set.
