My favorite tool for removing parts from my bed is Emett's Razor Scraper: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19029, but I always had to look for it. Then I saw melodybliss' EZ-Snap Razorblade Cover, which uses magnets to snap on a cover, and that gave me the idea to create a holder that uses magnets and is bolted to my printer.
There are two holes for M5 x 8 screws that bolt into T nuts in the extrusions. The magnets I used are 3/16" diameter by 3/16" long Neodymium magnets I purchased from http://www.kjmagnetics.com/. However, in addition to the STL designed for those magnets, I've made this part customizable so you can modify it to work with different magnets.
