My sons cheapo RC car came in with a defective rear wheel and the problem turned out to be the small part that is push-mounted on the axle and has a hexagon end so the wheel is bolted onto it.

axle d=4 mm
hexagon side = 4 mm
part hight = 17 mm
heel mount hole d=2mm
