RC Hovercraft made of plywood and 3D printed parts.
Mainly inspired by the design of jscaylor : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2700850
Main structure is made of 5mm-thickness plywood. Print PDF files (scale 1:1) on paper, then glue it on the wood to use it as a template to cut the outline and drill holes.
Oblong holes are used to position 3D printed parts on wood part, so you must do it precisely. They can be made by drilling 2 holes (8mm in diameter) and then by cutting the wood remaining between them.
Depending on parts, you may need supports.
It uses M3 screws and nuts (sometimes directly screwed in PLA).
