RC Plane 65mm wheel

Roughly 65mm/2.5in wheel with a 3mm hole. This was designed roughly based off an SE5 Biplane Wheel, but a bit wider and added some grooves for straighter tracking.
I used like 5% infill on my first test, but noticed the print failing where the "hub" met the "tire". I created a 1.5 version that has a deep groove cut into it so the filament can build up and even out by the time it gets to the outer visible section.
