RC plane control surface lock

After trimming in flight. The tool locks a control surface, so a linkage can be remove and adjusted back to neutral.
Needs: m3 machine screw
m3 tap and with its drill.
Thick gauge pins.

Required: File slot so adjustable locking arm slide freely.
Drill pin bosses at a steep angle like in the pic. Pin should fit snug.
