RC Propeller Mount

#RC propeller mount for brushless motor#

Designed to fit either 3 mm or 4 mm motor shaft.

Modeled after an aluminium propeller mount fitting a 4 mm motor shaft, but customized for 3D print.

Main mount part fits 6 mm wide propeller mount hole and is split in two parts to print horizontally, for better part rigidity and less chance to brake off when tightening the propeller. Print with support. No need to glue them together.

Tested sucessfully with PLA, but the main mount part has a tendency to break where it is split under the thread, if handled rughly. I suggest using ABS or stronger material.
