Here is a 1:1 scale model of the first rover called Sojourner =)
The frame is assembled from a 20x20 mm structural aluminum profile.
All parts are printed with PLA plastic, everything fits on a standard 200x200 mm table, but it is advisable to use 220x220 - you need literally for a couple of parts to minimize support.

I originally used 915 rpm geared motors. But the torque was not enough, and the rover could only drive on a flat surface. Therefore, I had to replace them with similar ones, but only at 60 rpm.
The solar panel frame is cut from 5mm. plexiglass, drawing attached. I also used PCB as the basis for solar cells. It is quite possible to replace them with a simple base made of the same acrylic or plexiglass.
