Video about this boat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCwJVcGebVg
This is a RC swamp boat I designed, to try to be as simple as possible, while trying to have replaceble parts. It has a chamfered lid that has a cut rubber seal to allow easy access, with just one hand screw.
UPDATES:
November 13
-I have uploaded a dual rudder verison of the prop guard/motor mount. Aswell as change the rudder where you can clamp in the servo set screw things so it doesn't bind up the servo.

-After testing in a pond (see pictures above), it worked well to not get stuck in weeds or in rocks. Although, with some cross wind it got off course and did not steer that well, so I am working on a dual rudder option. Along with maybe some optional fins that stick into the water to help it track better. Maybe such that you can flip it down. On 3s it somewhat pushed the nose down, so maybe I will move the battery back a bit more.

-It floats and levels REALLY WELL. I will be changin
