RCAP Clips

Baseball/Golf Visor brim clips that hold a face shield. Simple assembly: Attach 2 clip A's to center of brim a few inches apart. Attach 2 clip B's one on each side of brim. Make sure logo lettering is facing downward. This is to ensure correct angle of clips. Then take a 3/4" thick x 1" wide x 14" piece of foam. Put it up against the clips and mark with a sharpie in center of foam. Punch holes were marked so you can slip foam over the clips. Then use a 9" x 12" clear plastic sheet. Mark holes and punch same as foam. Take Part C and insert into clips on brim pinching the plastic onto the clips. Twist Part C 1/4 turn to hold into place.

Once completed you now have a template to produce more shields. You cam trim foam and shields as desired.
