This is the new version of the Hostile Environment Guardsmen Torso, it features a new backpack, more detailed torso, but still buffed compared to the regular ones, iconography on the breast plates, and a 3mm socket for head inserts (I recommend LoggyK's helmets, or the remixes done by ZioCru)
The torso is scaled for 28mm heroic miniatures.
The sergeant shown is an example of how you can make them look like, either with GW official parts, or other parts.
