This is the basic Joystick package for the RealRobots.net modular game controller series.
The idea was to make an easy to build HOTAS kit with as few difficult to get pieces as possible, that can also be modded and hacked easily. Every surface is designed to be as flat as possible to make it easy to drill and cut to add additional buttons, lights and knobs.
The base has it's own microcontroller and the stick connects to the base using a sturdy 4pin aircraft plug. The stick has it's own microcontroller so you can have plenty of inputs on each piece. The sticks are also hot swappable so you can have different ones ready for differ
