This is essentially a re-mix of a Crank Mechanism by Adam, but with a few modifications.
I modified the crank wheel to have a ridged rim, and widened the slide and slot to prevent breakage of the slide. This model also uses separate pins, printed lengthwise instead of stacked, and small holes sunk in the Crank and Arm for attachment. The pins should fit snugly but can be permanently installed with the tiniest drop of cyanoacrylate glue (Super Glue, or similar). I have included a separate pin file (if you’d like to make the pins a different colour). The orientation of the pins while printing is important to their strength, so the individual print file for them is set up properly. They do require support.
You will also need (1) M3x.50 screws, 10mm long.
The collection of simple mechanism models by Adam is wonderful! I highly recommend a look!
