Recliner Handle Cable Fix

Kids were jumping on recliner while popped out and this snapped the inside handle were the cable is attached to the lever mechanism. It took me a while to perfect in Tinkercad, but this works. I show some shots of the problem, and a shot of how you must dremel out the broken part to make room for the insert. It all fits, but the little wire that holds it all in place is funky and you either will need to make a bigger wire tether, or Dremel out a little of the print to allow the original metal tether to loop over the print and lock around the cable.

Hope this saves you some time designing yourself. I was surprised no such design was on Thingiverse.
