Record TSPP 250 custom insert saddle

This provides a “saddle” for replaceable inserts to sit in for the record power TSPP 250 table saw, custom throat plate. I did this in PETG. PLA is not suitable. I've tried to make this as study as I can, from print profile through to the large number of bolts required to fix this to the aluminium template. This print, will allow custom inserts to be seated in the 590mm x40mm slot for the custom aluminium plate I designed. I used M5x 16 bolts and nyloc nuts. I had to cut the ends of the bolts down flush with the saddle (which is 8mm thick on the body), so that it would fit over the blade shroud. It's pretty simple to build, print, snap together and fit into your aluminium plate, drill the holes (5.5mm bit), recess the top and then bolt everything down. I used a junior hacksaw and a metal cutting blade for my multitool to make everything flush. You could just as easily use 12mm M5 bolts as well. Insert plates are easy to make.
