Refereeing whistle holder

The Refereeing whistle holder is a release of an original design that seeks to help referees at a disadvantage officiate games using my designed case that can hold any original USSF whistle. This case encloses the whole whistle without clogging the whistle hole; thus allowing the whistle to carry out its intended purposes. In relation to the prosthetic hand designed by SPU engineers, the base has an extruded piece that has been shelled out. The portion of the case that is also extruded fits tightly into this, while allowing a 360 degree turn of the whistle, so the whistle can be turned and rotated to fit one's liking. Perhaps the most important aspect of this project is the whistle which I designed to the specification of whistles used by referee's. The whistle also sounds when blown and fits perfectly into the case.
