Who doesn’t know the situation: You order a refill spool, load it in, and want to start right away. But less than five minutes into printing, your phone rings. Bambu Studio reports the error: "Filament could not be fed." You go to the AMS and see how the filament is stuck sideways between the wound filament and the spool. This happens with every new attempt. Congratulations – you’ve got one of those spools that are either very poorly wound or where the filament sticks together. These spacers solve the problem immediately. At first, I tested it with a piece of cardboard – and lo and behold: a dream, no more errors! So, I got to designing, and here’s the result: spacers with a thickness of 1–2 mm in increments of 0.25 mm. I designed them so that the holes for filament storage remain usable. Boost MeBoosts help me create more designs for the community. Boosts cost nothing, but they help us all. Thank you for your support.
