This model has a print-in-place pop-out tab that can be used to extract the cartridge from the printer. I only discovered recently that X1Cs and P1S printers have a Activated Carbon Air Filter that extracts VOCs from the exhaust fan air. And that this filter should be replaced every three months if the printer is used for about 8 hours a day. Or once a month if the printer is used for production. All the solutions that I looked at required adding a tape tab or metal pins for hinged tabs to allow me to pull the filter out of the printer. My design has a print-in-place tab that can be bent out just enough to get your fingertip under, and the mechaism consumes minimum space inside the filter, maximizing the amount of activated carbon pellets that can be used.
